Each Company or individual associated with RemovalsHome.co.uk is an independent operator and whilst being part of a nationwide network they are expected to operate within strict quality controls designed to protect you the service user. Although the operators run their 'own show', they are part of a much larger organisation that provides a code of best practice covering all areas of work offered within the network.

We gain much pleasure in facilitating the finest removal services and take the greatest care with all those associated with us. Although complex in nature, our role where you the "end-user" are concerned is principally that of a facilitator. In essence, we match a myriad needs to available resources. Although we cooperate through networking have no formal affiliation with the suppliers on this site. Contractually your arrangement is with the person or company whose services you accept. Each one is an autonomous and separate business. Responsibility and/or liability remains with them and although we cannot be held liable you can rest assured that should there ever be a cause for concern or complaint we offer a full investigation and arbitration service.

Terms and conditions for members.

You confirm and agree for as long as you remain a subscriber to our services that:

a) you have no criminal record, b) you will guarantee all work and will fix errors at no extra cost, c) you are ready to receive enquiries now, d) you live in the area you are applying for and are able to provide customers with a good level of local service, including providing quotations at no charge and referring to other reputable trades persons any jobs you do not wish for or cannot do. You also confirm that you now have or will arrange to have liability insurance cover prior to work taking place.

Your Statutory Rights:

By law, a buyer has certain statutory rights to withdraw from a purchase of Goods. This however is the purchase of a Service in which we undertake an immediate quantity of work for which we should rightly be paid. We regret that we cannot accept cancellations due simply to a change of mind. However subscribers and members may cancel their ongoing subscription at any time. In the case of a free service the same terms apply. We reserve the right to retain a deposit drawn from the first income generated which will not be paid to you should you subsequently let us down.

Acknowledgment of our rights:

This is a work leads and referrals process in return for advertising subscriptions or commission. As an independent operator you are not covered by our insurance. All liability remains with you and you fully indemnify us against all claims or disputes whatsoever arising from any work that you undertake. We own a unique system for operating a business designed to provide removal services through a uniform system which has high standards of service, uses quality products, operates under the business format created and developed by us and which is known as "the System". You acknowledge that you took no part in creating or developing, no prior knowledge of, and no rights or claims in or to, any element of the System. You may not duplicate any part whatsoever.

You agree that any materials loaned or made available to you will be kept confidential by you and, as with Websites and domains, they remain our property. You will not disclose, exhibit or reproduce any confidential element of the System which becomes known to you through in any manner, except to those persons employed by you to whom disclosure must be made to enable you to operate. You recognise that all of the existing or future Marks, related practices, systems, procedures and methods are trade secrets that we have made a substantial investment in and that disclosure of the trade secrets is prohibited.

Quality controls, declined applications, terminations and refunds:

Monthly subscribers may discontinue their subscription at any time without penalty. No further fees will be charged and none refunded. We reserve the right to decline applications from the outset without needing to provide a reason. In such cases any fees received would be fully refunded. We reserve the right to contact customers for their feedback as a method of quality control and to terminate any membership whether annual, monthly, licensed, independent or otherwise should an undue number of complaints be received or in the case where we consider that services provided to customers are sub-standard or for any other breach of these terms. In such cases no refunds will be made.

You have read these terms before purchasing and cannot physically proceed to making payment without agreement. We reserve the right to make changes or alterations from time to time. Any changes will be posted to the members & subscribers area of the website.

This Agreement shall be interpreted and construed exclusively under the laws of England, Wales, Scotland and Ireland and the laws of England shall prevail in the event of any conflict of law. You hereby agree to these terms and consent to such jurisdiction.
